Kudos for Kelly!!!

I just want everyone to know how proud I am of Kelly on her first performance review at work. I was going to scan the whole report she showed us and put it in but I'll just share some highlights from her boss:
RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITY: Kelly is highly successful in her support of the communications directors. She has mastered the ordering system...she does an excellent job of managing the Pcard purchases and the paperwork that goes with it, requiring little or no intervention from me. She is always willing to assist or help out with the operation manuals, mailings etc.
PERSONAL RELATIONS: Kelly has earned the privilege to be rated among the best with regards to these goals. She is extremely personable and has established excellent personal relations/business relationships with her co-workers, peers and management. She consistantly exchanges ideas and data with others in an accurate, consistent and professional manner. She has excellent oral and written communication skills and continues to foster a positive attitude even with many changes this year. She does not require direct supervision and is able to independently perform her duties. SHe consistently takes constructive action in peak periods, has excellent follow-through.
BEHAVIOR ACCOUNTABILITY: Kelly is truly among the best when it comes to this goal. She takes promises made very seriously and will do whatever it takes to follow through on her word. She has shown a consistent bias for action and has established high performance expectations. She has been consistently accountable for her actions and has established trusted business relatiolnships with co-workers, peer and managemnet based on her personal accountability of excellence.
DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY: Kelly has been highly successful in learning and mastering all processes related to her position with WellPoint. She has taken on additional responsibility that were handled by a previous associate and various changes in my staff without complaint or frustration with the constantly changing situation we face. She has learned all the processes associated with these additional responsibilities as well.

Kelly, we are so happy for your accomplishments and success at work!
She scored 465/500 total points, received a $1000 bonus (it would have been $2000 but she has only worked there 6 months, so she only gets half of the bonus, but here comes the new laptop), plus a % increase in her salary.
